Cranmore Veterinary Services has three veterinary clinics and a referral hospital on the Wirral looking after dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and other exotics.

The Cranmore Veterinary Centre and the Upton Veterinary  Surgery have both recently been renovated and refurbished to a very high standard. Both of the these surgeries are well equipped with a spacious waiting room, several consulting rooms, an prep area, x-ray and dental facilities, a laboratory for blood biochemistry, a modern operating theatre, endoscopy, and large hospital wards. In addition there is an ultrasound facility at Cranmore as well as special equipment to treat birds and other exotics. Both of these practices are approved nurses’ training centres. Cranmore Veterinary Centre and Upton Veterinary Surgery have recently been awarded Tier Two status by the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme and Church Farm Veterinary Clinic has been awarded Tier One status.

Church Farm Veterinary  Clinic is a medical case only clinic. It is situated in a charming old farm house in the centre of Willaston Village and is very much a country surgery. There are two cosy waiting rooms, one of which has a selection of pet foods for sale and a large consulting room. Veterinary clinics and nurses’ clinics are held there daily, but all surgical cases are sent to either the Cranmore Centre or to the ChesterGates Referral Hospital.

ChesterGates Referral Hospital is one of the leading referral centres in the country. Any pet with a serious health problem is fast-tracked to the hospital. Veterinary surgeons and nurses are in attendance 24 hours a day at ChesterGates.
