If your pet is unwell or you wish to attend one of the nurses’ well-pet clinics, please telephone for an appointment. If there is a particular veterinary surgeon whom you wish to see, do ask at the time you book your appointment.

Emergencies will always be seen straight away at either the Cranmore or Upton surgeries during normal working hours and at the ChesterGates Hospital out-of-hours. The Church Farm Clinic is by appointment only.
